We, a group of SFU faculty members who are interested in promoting open inquiry, viewpoint
diversity, and constructive disagreement at SFU, requested feedback on the terms of reference on the new SFU Research Excellence Award. We expressed several concerns about the adjudication policies described in the draft documents.
